OlympChess - Digital Book Sales
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the provision of electronic services by the OlympChess online store, available at olympchess.com.
1.2. The store is owned by Sebastian Paszkiewicz, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 52/2, 55-330 Lutynia, Poland.
1.3. The store offers digital books in the form of electronic files.
1.4. By using the store, you accept these terms and conditions.
Buyer - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that makes a purchase in the store.
Digital product - a book in the form of an electronic file available for download.
Order - the buyer's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement for a digital product.
Download link - a unique link enabling the download of the purchased digital product.
3.1. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of payment by the online payment system.
3.2. The product price is the gross price and includes all applicable taxes.
3.3. Payment is processed exclusively through an external payment system in accordance with its terms of service.
3.4. After payment, the buyer receives an email with a download link for the product.
4.1. Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link.
4.2. The download link is sent to the email address provided during purchase.
4.3. The download link is valid for a specified period from the time of purchase.
4.4. The number of downloads per link is limited.
4.5. The store is not responsible for technical issues on the buyer's end.
5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 7 days of its conclusion, provided the download link has not yet been sent.
5.2. EXCEPTION: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or whose download has been initiated.
5.3. In the event of withdrawal, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
5.4. The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6.1. Complaints regarding digital products can be submitted to: books@olympchess.com.
6.2. A complaint should include: a description of the issue, order number, and contact details.
6.3. The store will process complaints within 14 days of receipt.
6.4. If the complaint is accepted, the store may: fix the issue, replace the product, or issue a refund.

7.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing services.
7.3. Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the agreement and meet legal requirements.
7.4. The buyer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
8.1. All intellectual property rights to digital products remain the property of their authors.
8.2. The buyer acquires the right to personal use of the digital product.
8.3. Copying, distributing, and sharing products with third parties is prohibited.
8.4. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal liability.
9.1. The store is liable for product conformity with the agreement to the extent provided by law.
9.2. The store is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
9.3. The store's liability is limited to the price paid.
9.4. The store is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.
10.1. These terms and conditions take effect on the date of publication on the store's website.
10.2. The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
10.3. The buyer will be informed of any changes via email.
10.4. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
10.5. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the store's registered office.
